Syntax highlighting

hey Skadge, Syntax highlighting is in my todolist :) I'll wait after I'll be finished with wiki cleanup (putting pages in proper namespace and stuff) and after jessterKing will have upgraded to mediawiki 1.14 but we'll do that :)

And now finally it's done :) uff, it took almost a year tho...

The css is still not definitive but you can have a go at it, please try it and see if it's ok for you.
